Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every studio that uses Klasvo, its team, and anyone who uses Klasvo through it. It protects your clients, other studios, and Klasvo.
1. Follow the law
Do not use Klasvo for anything illegal, or to help anyone break the law, in your country or in your clients’.
2. Messages and marketing
- Send marketing only to people who agreed to receive it. Do not import or buy lists of people who did not.
- Never remove or hide the unsubscribe link, and never email someone again after they unsubscribe.
- Say clearly who is sending, and do not use misleading subject lines.
- Do not use Klasvo’s email to send anything unrelated to your studio.
3. Be honest
- No fake reviews, made-up results or misleading claims on your website, in your emails or in anything written with our AI features.
- Do not pretend to be another person, studio or company.
- Use only photos, music, words and logos you have the right to use.
4. Treat data with care
- Collect only what you need. Do not store full card numbers, passport or ID numbers, or passwords in notes or forms.
- Give each team member their own account. Do not share sign-ins.
- Use clients’ data only for your studio, never for anything they would not expect.
5. Content and businesses we do not host
Do not publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that endangers children. Do not use Klasvo for a business that Stripe or the card networks do not allow, or to sell anything illegal or unsafe.
6. Respect the service
- Do not try to see another studio’s data, get around a limit or a permission, or test our security without our written permission.
- Do not copy, scrape or take apart Klasvo’s software, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not overload Klasvo, for example with automated requests, or upload anything harmful such as malware.
Found a security problem? Please tell us at hello@klasvo.com before telling anyone else. We thank people who report problems responsibly and will not act against them.
7. What we do if this policy is broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to fix it, remove content, pause a feature (for example sending marketing), or suspend or close your account, as our Terms of Service say. We tell you why. If there is a risk to people or to other studios, we may act first and explain straight after.
To report misuse of Klasvo: hello@klasvo.com.
