Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains how FRM COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (“Klasvo”, “we”) handles personal data as a controller: about visitors to klasvo.com, people who ask us about Klasvo, and studio owners and their teams who use Klasvo.
It does not cover a studio’s clients. When you book or buy at a studio that uses Klasvo, the studio decides what happens to your data, and its own privacy policy applies. We handle that data for the studio, under our Data Processing Agreement. If you write to us about it, we pass your request to the studio and help it answer.
1. Who we are
FRM COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Email: hello@klasvo.com.
2. What we collect
- When you visit klasvo.com: the technical details every website receives (IP address, browser, the page and the time), which our host keeps in its logs. We use your country, worked out from your IP address, to show prices in your currency. klasvo.com has no analytics and no advertising tags.
- When you ask to start: your name, studio, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, country, the software you use now, number of locations, the plan you looked at, and your message. The form sends it to us as an email; it is not stored in our database.
- When you email us: what you write.
- When your studio uses Klasvo: the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the owner and team, their roles, and the photo and bio they add; when they sign in and last used Klasvo; a record of important changes they make in the back office; the problems they report, with the browser they used; the questions they ask Klasvo’s assistant, its answers, and the feature requests it passes to us; and your studio’s details (legal name, address, contact details).
- When you pay us: your plan, invoices and payment history. Your card details are held by Stripe; we see only the card brand and last four digits.
- When you move to us: the export files you send from your current software. They mostly hold your clients’ data, which we handle for you under the Data Processing Agreement.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
Where the law asks for a legal basis (for example the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Thailand’s PDPA), these are ours:
| What for | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your request to start, and setting up your studio | Steps you asked for before a contract; our legitimate interest in answering |
| Running your account, signing you in, support | Our contract with your studio |
| Billing, invoices and tax records | Our contract; the law (tax and accounting) |
| Keeping Klasvo secure and stopping abuse | Our legitimate interest in a safe service |
| Emails about your account and changes to Klasvo | Our contract |
| Showing prices in your currency | Our legitimate interest in a useful website |
| News about Klasvo, if we ever send it | Your consent, or for customers our legitimate interest, with an unsubscribe link in every email |
5. Data sent to other countries
Klasvo is run by a US company. Our database and servers are in Singapore, and some of our providers are in the United States. When personal data from the EU, the UK or Switzerland goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum. For transfers from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Australia, our contracts with our providers require them to protect the data to the standard those countries’ laws ask for.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests to start from studios that do not become customers: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Studio accounts: while the account is open, then 60 days, then deleted. Backups expire within 30 days after that.
- Backups we make ourselves are encrypted and age out after 14 days.
- Invoices and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually 5 to 10 years.
- Problem reports: until they are solved, and up to 12 months after.
- Conversations with Klasvo’s assistant: 30 days, then deleted. The feature requests it passes to us (what was asked, with email addresses and phone numbers taken out, the page and the role, never the person’s name): while the studio’s account is open.
- Our host’s request logs: a short time, as our host sets.
7. How we protect it
Each studio’s data is kept apart from every other studio’s, data travels encrypted, sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords, and card details never reach our servers. The full list is in our Data Processing Agreement.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it;
- give it to you in a form you can take elsewhere;
- stop using it where we rely on your consent (this does not undo what we did before).
Email hello@klasvo.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We answer within 30 days, or sooner where your law asks for it.
In the US states with privacy laws (for example California), you also have the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal data as those laws define it.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the EU your country’s authority, in the UK the ICO, in Thailand the PDPC, in Singapore the PDPC, in Malaysia the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, in the Philippines the National Privacy Commission, in Australia the OAIC, or the authority where you live. We would like the chance to help first.
9. Children
Klasvo is for businesses, and our website is not meant for children. A studio that has young clients is responsible for its own clients’ data, as its own privacy policy explains.
11. Changes
When we change this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell studio owners by email before it applies.
12. Contact
