Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms are the agreement between FRM COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a Wyoming limited liability company that runs Klasvo (“Klasvo”, “we”, “us”), and the business that signs up for Klasvo (“you”, “your studio”). By creating an account or using Klasvo, you agree to them for your studio, and you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.

Klasvo is sold to businesses, not to consumers for personal use. Our Data Processing Agreement, Refund and Guarantee Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are part of these terms.

1. What Klasvo is

Klasvo is software for fitness and wellness studios: a schedule, bookings and waitlists, packs, memberships and payments, a website and an app for your clients, emails and automations, reports, and teacher pay. Your clients (“your clients”) use it through your website and app.

What each plan includes is on our pricing page. We improve Klasvo all the time and may change how features work. We will not remove a main feature of your plan during a period you have already paid for. If we have to, we tell you at least 30 days before and refund the part of your payment for the time you lose.

2. Your account and your team

Give us true details about your studio and keep them up to date. The person who opens the account must be at least 18.

You decide who on your team has an account and what each person can see and do. You are responsible for what happens under your studio’s accounts. Signing in works with a link or code sent by email, so keep your team’s email accounts secure. Tell us at once at hello@klasvo.com if you think someone has used an account without permission.

3. Plans, prices and tax

You choose a plan (Studio, Growth or Pro) and pay monthly, or yearly with two months free. The prices are on our pricing page in your currency.

  • No setup fee and no fee for moving your studio to us.
  • No share of your sales: Klasvo takes 0% of what your clients pay you. Your payment provider (for example Stripe) charges its own fees to you directly.
  • The move from your current software is included free with every plan, with no deadline.
  • The free website and app are included for the next 70 studios that become paying customers from October 19, 2026; the number shown on our site is live.
  • Extras, such as an extra location, cost what the pricing page says when you add them.

Prices do not include taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax. Where we must charge a tax, we add it to your invoice. You pay any tax that applies to you.

4. Billing and renewal

You pay in advance by card. Klasvo uses Stripe to take these payments; we never see or store your full card number.

  • A monthly plan renews every month on the day you started, and a yearly plan every year, until you cancel. Your card is charged at each renewal.
  • We email you at least 30 days before a yearly plan renews.
  • If a payment fails, we tell you and Stripe tries again. If it is still unpaid 5 days after it failed, we pause your studio’s back office (except billing, your data export and support), website and online booking until it is paid, and tell you before we do. Bookings already made are kept. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the pause, your plan ends and we tell you. We then keep your data for 60 more days, so you can come back or export it, and then delete it, as when an account closes (section 12). You can export your data at any time until then.
  • If we change our prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. The new price applies from your next renewal after that. A yearly price stays the same for the year you have paid for.

5. The first-month promise

“Make your first month back, or it’s free.” If Klasvo doesn’t pay for itself in your first 30 days, ask and we refund that month. We do not ask for proof or for your numbers.

Ask by email to hello@klasvo.com within 60 days of your first payment. We send the refund within 10 business days of your request. You choose whether you stay or leave. Either way, your website, your app and your move to Klasvo cost you nothing. The full rules, including yearly plans, are in our Refund and Guarantee Policy.

6. Canceling

There is no contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@klasvo.com from your account’s email address.

  • A monthly plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not charged again.
  • A yearly plan keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for, and does not renew.
  • Apart from the first-month promise and the cases in our Refund and Guarantee Policy, we do not refund part of a month or a year.

Download your data before you go (section 10). You can also do it for a while after you leave (section 12).

7. Your studio and your clients

You run your studio and your relationship with your clients. Your prices, classes, rules, refunds to your clients, taxes, licenses, safety and insurance are yours to decide and to answer for.

For your clients’ personal data, you are the controller and Klasvo is your processor: we handle it only to run Klasvo for you, as our Data Processing Agreement says. You agree:

  • to collect only what you need, and to have a lawful reason for it. Health information (for example injuries or pregnancy) needs your clients’ clear consent in most countries;
  • to tell your clients how you use their data, in a privacy policy on your website. We give you a starter privacy policy, terms and refund policy. They are a starting point, not legal advice: check them and change them for your studio;
  • to send marketing only to clients who agreed to receive it, to honor every unsubscribe, and to include your studio’s postal address in marketing emails where the law asks for it (for example the US CAN-SPAM Act). We add an unsubscribe link to every marketing email and keep the list of people who unsubscribed;
  • if you turn on Google or Meta tracking tags on your website, to get your visitors’ consent first where the law requires it (for example in the EU and the UK).

8. Your clients’ payments

Your clients pay you through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to your account: Klasvo never receives, holds or controls it, and takes no share of it. Klasvo is not a bank or a payment institution.

You accept Stripe’s own terms with Stripe, and you deal with Stripe for payouts, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. Card network and Stripe rules apply to you: for example, show your refund and cancellation rules before someone pays, describe what you sell honestly, and do not sell anything Stripe does not allow.

Card details are typed into Stripe’s own pages. Klasvo never stores a full card number; we keep the card brand and last four digits so you and your clients can tell cards apart. Payments by bank transfer or QR code that you record in Klasvo are between you and your client.

9. Using Klasvo fairly

You and your team must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Your data

Your data is yours: your clients, bookings, sales and everything you put into Klasvo. We use it only to run, support, secure and improve Klasvo for you, as the Data Processing Agreement says.

  • We never sell it.
  • We never use your clients’ details to market anything to them ourselves.
  • We never show it to another studio.
  • We never use it to train AI models.

You can download all of it, at any time, for free, from your back office (“Take your data”). We may count things across all studios (for example, how many classes are booked in a month) in a way that identifies no studio and no person, to improve Klasvo.

11. AI features

Some features use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. For example, “Do my website” writes your website’s pages from the links you give it and your studio’s details. What is sent to Anthropic: those web pages, your classes and prices, and your team’s names and bios. Klasvo’s assistant in the back office sends the questions your team types, Klasvo’s guides and your studio’s settings; it is sent as typed, so ask it about Klasvo, not about a client. Your client records are never sent. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on this data.

Check what an AI feature writes before you publish it. You are responsible for what your website says.

12. When the agreement ends

You can end it by canceling (section 6). We can end or suspend it:

  • if you seriously break these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of our email telling you;
  • at once, if you use Klasvo for something illegal, put other studios or people at risk, or a payment is still unpaid after we have warned you;
  • with at least 60 days’ notice, if we stop offering Klasvo. We then refund what you paid for the time after it stops.

After your account closes, we keep your data for 60 days, so you can download it or come back. Then we delete it. Copies in our backups expire within 30 days after that. We keep our invoices to you for as long as tax law requires.

13. Availability and support

We work to keep Klasvo running at all hours, but no online service can promise never to stop. We do planned work at quiet times where we can, and tell you before longer work. Services we rely on, such as Stripe, email providers and the internet, are outside our control.

For help, email hello@klasvo.com. We aim to reply within one business day.

14. Who owns what

We own Klasvo: its software, design and name. While you subscribe, you may use it for your studio.

You own your content: your logo, photos, texts and data. You let us store and show it as needed to run your website, app and emails. We show your website as an example of our work only if you say yes.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

15. Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential, uses it only for this agreement, and shares it only with people who need it and keep it confidential too, or where the law requires.

16. What we promise, and what we do not

We provide Klasvo with reasonable skill and care, as these terms and the Data Processing Agreement describe. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Klasvo is provided as it is, without other promises. We do not promise any particular business result; the first-month promise is how we stand behind that.

17. Limits on liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

Each party’s total liability under this agreement in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or US$100 if that is more. For a breach of the Data Processing Agreement or of confidentiality, the limit is twice that amount.

These limits do not apply to your duty to pay our fees, to fraud, to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.

18. Claims from others

You will cover us for claims by your clients or others about your studio’s services, your content, or your use of Klasvo against the law (for example, marketing to people who did not agree).

We will cover you for claims that Klasvo’s software, used as these terms allow, infringes someone else’s intellectual property.

The party asking to be covered tells the other promptly and lets it handle the claim.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without its rules on choosing another law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If something goes wrong, email us at hello@klasvo.com first. We will both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.

If we cannot, either of us may go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming. You may instead bring your claim in the courts of the country where your studio is based, if those courts accept it. Either of us may take a small claim to a small-claims court, and either of us may ask any court for urgent relief. Nothing here removes a right that the law of your country does not allow to be removed.

20. Changes to these terms

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces your rights. If you do not accept it, you can leave before it applies, and we refund what you paid for the time after you leave. We may make other changes, such as clearer wording or changes the law requires, sooner. The date at the top shows the latest version.

21. The rest

  • These terms, with the policies they name, are the whole agreement between us about Klasvo.
  • Neither of us may pass this agreement to someone else without the other’s agreement, except that we may pass it to a buyer of our business if we tell you.
  • If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a right now does not mean giving it up.
  • Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
  • We send notices to your account’s email address; you send them to hello@klasvo.com.
  • If a translation of these terms differs from the English text, the English text applies.
