We move your clients, class packs with the credits left and their expiry dates, memberships and future bookings. If your old system used Stripe, saved cards can be carried over. If it did not, each member adds a card once from a secure link. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so.

Questions owners ask before they switch
Will I lose credits, members or bookings in the move?
No. We move every credit with its expiry date, every membership with its next renewal date, and every future booking. Then we check each balance against your old system, line by line, with you, before your clients see Klasvo.
How long does it take?
Going live takes one to two weeks after you send us your export. You can run both systems side by side for a few days.
What about saved cards and memberships?
Memberships keep their dates and prices. If your old system used Stripe, saved cards can be carried over. If not, each member adds their card once from a secure link we give you to send.
Is there a contract?
No. Klasvo is month to month. Pay for a year and you get two months free.
What are the hidden fees?
There are none. No setup fees, no hidden fees, and 0% of your sales. Your payment company, Stripe, charges its usual card fees.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead you get a live demo, a free move, and your first month back if Klasvo does not pay for itself. Ask within 60 days of your first payment, one sentence by email, no reason needed.
Does it work in my country and currency?
Yes. You sell in your own currency (any of the 135+ that Stripe supports) and your schedule runs in your time zone. Clients pay by card, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where Stripe offers them, and you can take payment at the studio. Class reminders go by email.
Do my clients get an app?
Yes. It is a web app with your logo that clients add from your website in three taps. It is not an App Store or Google Play app.
Can I keep my website?
Yes. Put the Klasvo schedule on your current site, or use the free website that comes with a paid plan for the next studios.
Who am I talking to on the call?
A person from Klasvo who knows the product and how a move works. If something is not built yet, we will say so.
